She's joking about not recognizing a floppy disk, right? I wasn't even alive when people still used them yet I was aware of them as a little kid.
Or maybe I've had too many VB LONGNECKS.

In the past 5 years I've encountered over a dozen people IRL, who are currently under the age of ~30, who didn't understand why the "voice call" app icon looked like this:

A couple have said that they thought it was supposed to be "a mouth talking" or something.

No, I wouldn't consider that a personal army request. A personal army request is more of talking about someone that no one else is and flat out telling to implying that others should go after that person just because you want them to. I would strongly suggest that you have someone look over your work before you post if you're going with a full phonebook listing.

Yeah, I don't even dislike them, they're a great person. More importantly they're just not that interesting. I can't even think of anything lolcow at all about her. I just did it for fun.

I guess I can dish the name, it was "Wendy Torres."

but then I got more details, like her timezone. that's not nearly enough but then I also got her age and started looking at those spokeo sites with that. I got a few hits but the jackpot was when she mentioned the exact temperature in her area. A person with the same age, same timezone, same city, and no other hits with that name in said city? It seems like a win.
