My schizo rrat is that Phil is focusing on Tomoe and Clio, because schizos on /vt/ think they are trans (despite Tomoe being active duty and troons not being allowed in the military) hence her purposeful use of tomgirl. This is extra fucked up, because Tomoe has talked about how much that those accusations bother her. Also trannies are literally genociding tom boys, because OBVIOUSLY any woman that enjoys masculine things is a guy!

Yeah but they’ve been kicked out again, there all out again in like a month, plus she is far to consistent, competent, and motivated to be a tranny, also she isn’t a massive pervert, or really any kind of pervert, I’ve watched her a great deal, and was pretty active in her discord, I can’t think of a single time she has actually made a lewd comment of any kind, she totally shys away from it, and I literally don’t think I’ve ever met a tranny that wasn’t a hypersexual degenerate.

I'll throwback to my previous comparison to how the phenomenon is just like people and artists who pounce on any slight irregularity in fanart to declare it AI generated. They just think technology has tainted their medium by creating "art" Others think technology has tainted a gender by creating "women".
I get where the suspicion comes from in both cases it's just interesting to observe how both display the same sort of paranoia based on an uncertainty of authenticity.
Also completely unrelated but this just happened at the time of my edit and it tweaked my brain out for a second, what are the odds that while I listen to a youtube video in the background leaving this reply to you, I tab back over to the video and glance down at the comment section of that exact video and lo and behold it's the exact person I'm replying to on the farms, so there's another resonant arc fan among me here.

A quite resilient schizo fan theory is that in the EN branch anything is allowed if the Stars are involved, but almost nothing is if they're not. It fits known things and outward company attitudes fairly well.
Of course Holo EN + other company collabs without men involved do occasionally happen. In the JP branch they happen all the time. Kiara has complained (as she does) about how hard it is to arrange them. Everyone remembers it took years to get her and Pomu on stream together. Meanwhile Chama (who can't get permission to do anything) and Hoshikawa (same company as Pomu) are best buds and just do whatever. From outside there's no logic to it.

The post Council Nijisanji discord leak created an atmosphere where collabs between NijiEN and holoEN posed a larger risk of drama and bullshit than NijiJP and HoloJP ever did. HoloEN's management was always averse to anything that could stir the pot in the first couple years, EN was kept away from Coco to avoid chink drama, Kiara was not only kept away from Pomu, but Kiara also had a collab cancelled with Veibae after holo fans got up in arms because of some comments about holo Vei had made.
Holo is considerably less closed off with EN nowadays, It took little to no time for Kiara to get back to interacting with Pomu as Mint, and hell if they were still afraid of stuff like edgy content like they might perceive from phase talents. They wouldn't have ever let Mori go on Castle Superbeast this week, they'd have taken one glance at past podcast titles and said "fuck that you aren't going on there"
There's an explanation that makes logical sense from the outside.

From what I've gathered over the year from snippets here and there since people have been hush hush, she was sharing the private info of phase talents to her new friend group which Miia ( The vtuber Lumi and Clio are good friends with) was a part of. Miia informed Lumi and she was then confronted over it. She was fired as a result. This could be all wrong, but it's what I've heard here and there.
