If Figma wasn't complete dogshit I would consider Pekora, but Figma is complete dogshit.

So with Ame hiring an official clipper do you think normal clippers can be phase out
Why would they? It'll just give some clippers even more of a false sense of self-importance and aspirations to be the "official" character clipper for their oshis. And it'll probably make other clippers salty bitches if they don't get picked/aren't recognized for their work.

Now that I think about it, I might actually look forward to this.

No, but it allows her to have some control on highlights from her VOD that she wants to feature on her channel. It's a great way to double-dip on content.

Clippers are a part of the vtuber ecosystem at this point. Unless every single corpo and chuuba channel starts copy-striking clipper channels, clippers will be here to stay, whether you like their creative choices or translations (for JP chuubas) or not. They'll just pivot to the next talent or channel/fad at some point when they get tired or aren't able to monetize content of chuuba VODs anymore.

Ina not knowing how gun works is adorable. She seriously thought Uzi and shotguns are useless at medium range.
I guess canucks dont really know much about weapons and go by videogame/movie logic.
A hundred rooftop Koreans cried out in pain, then they were silent. Guess her parents don't own a convenience store.
well... this should be an interesting video
I'd like to think that Iron mouse got Connor to be the date, but I don't think the person is tall enough.

Lately, I've been trying to learn Japanese by translating Vtuber clips. Since I'm pretty bad at listening comprehension, I went looking for clips with Japanese subtitles to help me understand. I made a channel where I reupload them as unlisted videos with English subtitles.
Since I know some people here know Japanese, I was hoping to get some feedback, since I'm a beginner. Here's the latest one. I remember seeing that @Deluxe and @horni know Japanese. If you guys (and others too) don't mind, can you take a look and tell me what you think?

In particular, the line "Tenka Ippin no ramen janakute" has been bothering me. I thought about it for a long time and I just can't understand what it means in context. Since she talks about the shop being greasy right after, I thought maybe she was saying that feature wasn't limited to just Teppan Ippin shops, rather it's something common to all ramen shops. But if that was the case, certainly she would've said something like "dake janakute", I think. Maybe it's just as simple as I translated it, since spoken language is pretty loose in general and people often throw out incomplete thoughts, but I can't help thinking I'm missing something there and I just don't know enough about Japanese to see it.
