It doesn't have to be a job necessarily, it can be any kind of giving or receiving money. For example something like 600 lawyers got on Shinzo Abes ass for alledgedly paying for part of a meal other people ate at some banquet.

The JP clipping scene is as opportunistic as the holoEN clipping scene because there's no barrier to entry and it's free money for anyone with adobe premiere. Shitty out of context clips are one of the main reasons why dumb controversy happens on both sides.

FYI we do the same thing. Anytime someone announces a collab done in [x] language that isn't jp or en, the doomposting and screeching briefly reaches sub-autism levels, before quickly dropping to normal.

There could be a lot of things probably she filled wrong one part of the application or borked a requirement, i have heard cases of people being denied because your job is not cool enough to be considered for a credit card, a thing that sadly was very common here in cubazuela, to fixt that people begin to write vague jobs to bypass the dumbass rules like instead of saying you are a streamer you say you are a "entertainer" or in my case instead of scalper i just put "independent businessman"

Now looking at it, I think I made a mistake by translating one of the lines as Kanata having "bad credit". It's basically like you said, one of the chat members was saying she probably lacked "social credit", as in, she neither has a government job, nor works for a major company, and doesn't have high-value possessions, like property. They probably think streaming is a risky occupation.
Edit: In short, I didn't know how to translate that in a way that couldn't be confused with the social credit system in China.

Mainstream employment is almost non existent unless you work for the government, but credit cards are a thing of the past because they could not keep with the skyrocketing inflation, mine is one of the highest tier from Dinner club and is barely worth 3 $

I check nyanners schedule but it says no stream that day so I don't know but it was nit hinted unlike ironmouse. I check ironmouse schedule and it says she has a stream at 5 pm but I don't know what time zone she's in in her schedule it said today she had a stream at 7 pm but she's already streaming so I have no idea. If you aren't watching it, I'm pretty surprised at how well Obra Dinn is going for Ame. Really showing off her detective skills. I think I watched NorthernLion play it a few years ago when it first came out and I think he was having a whole lot more trouble. She's doing pretty well and I don't even think she is relying on chat that much.
