I would say it needs to be explicit asked for, the internet is the internet and though I argue they're mostly themselves there is a good bit of an act. There can be some absurd stuff in regards to shipping, remember Markiplier x Jacksepticeye. Also there needs to be a standard, I'm mixed af on if Korone or Okayu want to date since there's a lot of good points imo for both yes and no. Personally, I'm very skeptical about most of the lesbian content that gets thrown around. As it was said before, women can go pretty far in these regards while only identifying as straight. I mean, even men can act, talk, and joke/lie about the gayest of shit just to mentally screw with people. Mat-fucking-suri herself even had a stream about the so-called 'love-ban' in Hololive. It only exists between Hololive employees. She goes on to shutdown creepers who want to get a job with the company so they can explicitly sleep with a talent, but I am under the impression that the talents are employees as well. What I'm getting at is that. . . if these yuri-baits were real, it seems like a gamble flaunting a breach in contract like that. Because again. . . Matsuri. . . the one who apparently had to turn down Luna (a relationship I actually do give some credence) because of professionalism. I'm too lazy to go clip surfing but feel free to look up all of this. It isn't hard as Matsuri has plenty of clips. . . and she even spoke about this on HoloTalk.

EDIT: I am really onboard with Irys as a streamer. I just really enjoy her voice and personality. She is a complete dork. If Mori was the mall-goth she was the singing-loser. Choir/Chorale girl without the diva personality to stand out in the wrong ways. Girls like her are fucking diamonds compared to most 'singers.'

I heard it the other way around though? That she try to chase Luna but the other side doesn't see her that way, which cause Matsuri to go menhara on her roommate account.
And anytime relationship speculation happen, it always end up like this where all the tidbit and rumors got throw around to support one argument or the other without really going anywhere. This type of discussion hardly relate to the performance of the talents themselves. My stance is, believe whatever you want but don't worry about it too much because you will never know the truth unless their roommate suddenly come out and say it a-la-Norio.
