General GunTuber thread

Ian and Karl appearing in an Inrange video together, though seemingly not doing any to camera stuff together which seems odd.
You can see them filming each other when the front view of the truck is shown.
I suspect they are still friendly but it's pretty clear that Ian is putting some distance between them.

Considering what SinistralRifleman said about Karl, I'm willing to believe the guy is a lot less likely to sperg out at you in real life (particularly if you're a friend/business partner, Karl isn't stupid). You know, an armed society is a polite society and all that. So him and Ian still being in good terms despite Ian... shall we say... moving on to other projects... makes sense to me.

It can be argued if this counts as Guntube or not but KAC is Seething about GT's Ice test
Also lmao they did a test that wasn't even comparable to GT's
Did they melt all the ice that would have filled the buffer tube and ever single orifice/clearance? Definitely a few cuts that could easily hide a swap.

Not saying KAC arent quality. Just stuff like this is misleading....

Both KAC's and GT's tests are retarded. there is no liquid water to freeze at those temperatures. Real cold weather icing tests are done by changing the ambient temperture. Alaska state police does this by taking a rifle in and out of a heated building into the subzero weather once an hour for 24 hours to create icing by condensation. its for entertainment only don't look for deeper meaning.

And here's Ian reusing some of that footage for his own video. Alright, then.

The fake depth of field is fucking distracting, though.

I think he's trying censor his shooting range so his weirdo fanboys don't show up randomly. Knowing the autists that adore him they've probably been pouring over google maps trying to find his range.
Autists found where Shia LaSuck was hiding just by analyzing the sky in photos he took.

Ian has no chance.

uh if you just google 2 gun action challenge match you’ll see what range it’s held at.

Fan boys regularly register to shoot and attend the event.

Unless you’re talking about the desert spot. it’s a really bad idea to approach people out in the desert and be a weirdo…people getting ambushed and robbed or attempted to be robbed while out shooting isn’t exactly a rare occurrence.

If your rifle is freezing, you have bigger issues than fighting…

I’m not subbed to InRange anymore, but I do check in on the channel every once in a while. I’ve got to say, that last video Karl did about the AR with the dedicated Quad Stack lower was pretty good. He wasn’t spergy or assholey at all.

General consensus is that he's a great presenter when he's not being a spiteful contrarian.
100%, I really like him for info but he comes of as a know-it-all sometimes even when he's right about something. Anyone else like navyman8903? He has a great channel.
