This case was started under president Trump, and by goodness it looks like it might END under president Trump.
Lol Trump isn’t gonna be president again.

And to keep this post on track, I am dying for the next tantrum that shit-lips files with the court.

The longer Hardin waits to file for sanctions the more likely he is to get them. He probably sent a letter saying "comply with the courts order in X days or I will move for dismissal and monetary sanctions" and then moved on to something time-sensitive.

I'm assuming you mean he sent it to the same wrong address that Russ has insisted is totally legit and will just have it returned as undeliverable once again. For that matter, I'm assuming that the court would have tried sending something to Russ by now and presumably their mail is getting returned as well. That and with Russ doubling down on that totally being a valid address, I'd like to think he's completely screwed himself.

we're going to florida

How does this add to his plights, though? I presume he (or as yet imaginary council) can Zoom in, right?

Or does he have to give handies across the Southern US

I'm gonna say this is a bad thing for Null at this point

Russell already exhausted this judge's patience to the point that he would've granted dismissal and fees. In Florida, he'll have a clean slate and we'll have to wait for him to wear that judge's patience down
That's assuming Greer does anything at all. It seems likely that he won't even respond to the court at this point.
