I had a rant about how MX records work and how he'd have to send the email to have it spoofed since he owns the domain.

Then I realized the email wasn't sent FROM russellgreer.com but TO russellgreer.com

I can make an account with a name of "Russell Greer" on my domain and send emails to "nullsucks@kiwifarms.net" and it would look the same. Then I 'bcc' the real email address
I'd get a bounce message for the fake email but if whoever I sent it to is stupid then they'd think that nullsucks was involved.

The interesting thing is he included the contact info for both To: and Cc: but NOT the From: line, presumably because he sent it himself. The full line would say "Matthew D. Hardin <greersockaccount@gmail.com>" the right hand part is conveniently cut off.

Edit, hell, I bet I could add "Fuckface McFuckerson" to my address book and it would helpfully show that in the From: line.

SHOW US THE HEADERS RUSS.
Fucker.
That's what's been making me scratch my head regarding all of this. It doesn't look like Russell received any spoofed emails at all from his own domain (which has been his for YEARS), rather the emails were sent TO his domain and he got confused.

Keep in mind that the posts talking about the book being free are likely not admissible for the purposes of proving that the book was made available for free unless the posters are willing to self-dox and appear for testimony and cross-examination.

Hardin should still screenshot them and submit them as exhibits. When the judge inevitably allows Greer to use his own screenshots as "evidence" despite having no witnesses and no verified proof, Hardin can argue that his own exhibits should be given the same legitimacy. Either get everything thrown out or everything on the record for the appeals court.

While we're documenting Greer lying about what a quote means, his Exhibit B is a classic.

View attachment 6817635

That was not a "drop of the hat" request for a call within an hour. In emails days earlier, Hardin proposed three different date/times for a call. Here he's trying to confirm whether Greer intends to show up for one of the slots, since Greer refuses to communicate and confer with Hardin in any meaningful capacity. Hardin has said elsewhere that he has to wait by the phone for these proposed slots on the off chance that Greer does call in, costing him time and money.

"not liking wording in certain documents" is a nice way of saying "attempted character assassination", but that's not even what Hardin is trying to meet about. He's trying to meet about the flaws in Greer's disclosures. Shitlips can't even follow the thread of conversation in his chosen communication form, email, even when the entire thing is tracked and threaded in simple text for him.

He's both a lying sack of shit, and too incompetent to tell the truth if he ever did try.
I think it's shit like this that nauseates me as the case goes on. It should simply end, and Greer should be sanctioned, in any logical and just world. He's filing such frivolous bullshit and going down avenues that have nothing to do with the case, and the judge won't read it, and the case will stagger forward.

The court system can't keep pushing him along through the stages like No Child Left Behind. He's incapable of litigating the case. Greer is being allowed to waste so much time and energy from more intelligent and valuable people. I appreciate that he's being a laughing stock but his time has come to an end.

The more I read, the dumber it gets. "WHY DO YOU NEED MY ADDRESS" well, to depose you and send a check. "I'M BEING HARASSED"

I imagine if he does end up needing to be deposed it would be another fight. "Here's your subpoena in Wyoming." "BUT THAT'S NOT WHERE I LIVE."

Also, why is Greer sending a screenshot saying he's allowed to do something based on the docket when he just needed to reference the docket number that said that.

I think he's still driving for Uber, living in the car he rents from them. If he is, refusing to take phone calls from Hardin while he's driving around is one of the less stupid things Russ has done.
If he's driving for Uber he can just pull over whenever he wants, go on "not available" and call Hardin. Hardin will likely demand a face to face call with cameras, and as much as Russ wants the "feel sorry for me I'm disabled" he's awfully camera shy. Even for his previous conference with the judge he just called in. Or he didnt want to turn the camera on because we'd all see he was at Dads house in Wy. /conspiracy
Looks like he's using Google Sites. You know, I sort of wonder if the Google Drive link the farms found was actually posted by him, which is why he didn't want them included or send them a DMCA. He posts the same domain as his website on LinkedIn. And based on the creepy comments it's a really authentic troll or it's really him.
I was going to say this and a few people have alluded to parts of it. I believe he owns russelgreer.com. If you have a cheap webhosting with email, or just email redirects, you can set it up out of the box that EVERY email address at that domain works and just forwards to the same mailbox. I've known consultants who do this and they just tell the customer to email them at "customername@domain.com" and they have rules in the backend to auto sort it. It also lets you look larger as a one person shop cus you can have people email "invoices@domain" etc. Russ would know this, and would send a few "mean email addresses" to himself.

As the email addresses "To" and "Cc" field are the'insults", Russ may just be showing that he indeed has his own email addresses with mean names he calls himself. All in its a really bizarre in a list of bizarre exhibits for a copyright case.
Now I wonder how hard it is to commission a children’s’ book artist on Fiver. Because “KIWI FARMS and the OTTER HARMS” has real potential and would sell many copies.
A lot of talented people around here, you float the idea it just might end up in a thread for you next Russmas.
Once upon a time, in a lush and magical land, there were two curious and brave groups: the Kiwi Farms and the Otter Harms.

The Kiwi Farms were a quirky bunch of creatures that lived on a giant, enchanted farm full of bright, juicy kiwis. They were always busy farming, planting, and harvesting, but they had a little problem. They loved their juicy kiwis so much that they would sometimes forget to share!

The Otter Harms were playful and clever otters who lived by the sparkling river nearby. They spent their days exploring, building cool shelters, and playing tricks. But they noticed that the Kiwi Farms never invited them to share their delicious kiwis, and it made them a little sad.

One bright morning, the Otter Harms decided to pay a visit to the Kiwi Farms. They slid down the riverbank and scampered up the hill, hoping to meet their kiwi-loving neighbors.

As the Otter Harms reached the Kiwi Farms, they were greeted by the friendly Kiwi Farm leader, Kiwi Johm Potter. He was busy picking the biggest, juiciest kiwis from the trees.

“Hello, Kiwi Johm!” called out the Otter Harms. “We’ve been thinking about you and your kiwis, and we have an idea!”

Kiwi Johm blinked and scratched his head. “An idea? What’s that?”

The Otter Harms grinned. “Why don’t we share our adventures and trade some fun? We’ll show you the magic of the river, and you can teach us how to grow kiwis!”

Kiwi Johm was intrigued. He had never seen the river or learned how to have fun like the Otter Harms. “That sounds like a wonderful idea,” he said, “but only if we can also share some kiwis with you!”

The Otter Harms cheered, and the day of adventures began! The Otter Harms took Kiwi Johm to the river where they showed him how to swim in the sparkling water, do flips, and slide down the slippery rocks. Kiwi Joe laughed and splashed along with them, feeling lighter than he ever had before.

In return, Kiwi Johm taught the Otter Harms how to plant and harvest kiwis. The Otter Harms were amazed at how much work went into growing the fruit, but they loved the idea of having a sweet, juicy treat after their river adventures.

From that day on, the Kiwi Farms and the Otter Harms became the best of friends. They shared their knowledge and adventures, and the land was filled with laughter and fun. Every year, the Otter Harms would visit the Kiwi Farms for a special harvest party, and the Kiwi Farms would visit the Otter Harms to play by the river.

And so, the two groups lived happily, learning from each other and sharing the magic of both kiwis and the river. The Otter Harms had learned that sometimes, a little adventure and a lot of kindness can turn the best of neighbors into the best of friends.

The end. chatGPT slop

I said this above, but yes, any email address at a domain can be forwarded to a main box by default. You wouldnt have to bcc anyone. If Russ owns russellgreer.com you can email anything at that domain and he'd probably get it.

If russellgreer.com was set up by a troll, then they're an absolute genius with a ridiculously strong eye for detail.

There's a fresh archive of the entire website, just in case it mysteriously disappears.

I'd bet dollars to donuts my house that the alleged abusive emails from russellgreer.com were written by Russhole himself. All we need is a smoking gun connecting him to russellgreer.com beyond any doubt.

Would it be worth sending a subpoena to NameCheap?

I noticed something interesting about this screenshot. Why is there a white outline around the space that the blue text goes in?
IMG_6064.webp
And why is it behind the white text?
Come to think of it, that white font isn’t the same as the blue one. It’s sharper and less blurry than the blue one, except in the m in ‘From‘ where it’s in the same space. And it appears the blue text on the bottom isn’t aligned vertically with the top line.
I’ve never seen those white outlines before.
IMG_6067.jpeg
In this screenshot, the text and the box around it are perfectly high quality, yet everything else is somehow severely and comically compressed.
It’s almost like this was edited in Microsoft Paint by a literal retard, as even a child could tell this was fake. It clearly appears that he copied and pasted the text on top of blurry screenshots. I’m sure this will help his case, since it can actually be proven screenshots from the app don’t look like this, and that this kind of selective blurriness is laughably impossible.
Edit: he must have some kind of magic phone that displays two different hours and battery percentages :story:

I hate to break it to everyone, but it really does not matter if Russell made the book free on Amazon for direct Copyright infringement.

Copyright isn't just one right, but a bunch of rights that are commonly referred to as a "bundle of sticks," or the Copyright Faggot. And the most important right in the Copyright Faggot is the Reproduction Right, which means that no one other than the copyright owner may make any reproductions or copies of the work. It doesn't matter that he is selling those copies for free, because of the Copyright Faggot, Shitlips is the only one who can make those copies.

Now it does matter if Shitlips made the Google Drive copy, because that would not violate the rights in his Copyright Faggot, and there would be no direct copyright infringement. Additionally, there would be no direct infringement if he gave people permission to copy it and spread his words as part of his "publicity stunt", as he would be estopped as anyone could easily view that as a license.

But he's also estopped from bringing his direct infringement claims because he took too fucking long after discovering the infringement.

Russel making his book free on Amazon would matter if he was seeking actual damages, because that would kill any claim for actual damages, but he's claiming statutory damages, so the fact that his book was free on Amazon for anyone to view is meaningless in regards to copyright.

I’m puzzled as to where the confusion is coming from here. It is his own personal website.

We have known this for years. He’s advertised it in his email signature, his social media profiles, on his Youtube, etc. We’ve reposted screen grabs of it since at least 2019, and we’ve discussed it in depth.

google drive files are accessible to anyone who has the file address. i know that this has been discussed ad nauseam, but it's still infuriating that this is somehow a kiwifarms issue and not a google issue.
i am betting with no information beyond current lawsuits.
he might be on google list of people not to talk to for some reason or another.

I'm struggling to understand how an email sent to those email addresses would end up in Greer's possession.

Greer says that the email addresses belong to trolls, but that would mean that Greer would have to have been CC'd or BCC'd on the email. If he was, even if it was a BCC, then that would appear in the email itself. If the email was manually forwarded to Greer, then it would show as a forward to Greer instead of simply being sent to the troll. His primary email is through Gmail, which clearly designates both BCCs and forwarded emails.

It makes zero sense for Greer to have that email, should it even be a real email, without himself being clearly marked as the recipient of the CC, BCC, or the forwarded message. Either Greer himself sent the email, hence why he has access to it, or he received the email as he controls either the email addresses or he has it setup so that an email to any email address on the russellgreer dot com is automatically slotted into his own email address through the russellgreer dot com domain.

EDIT: I'm wrong about how BCC works and this point is therefore moot!

In this screenshot, the thickness (or presence) of the white border around the text varies with each box.
It’s almost like this was edited in Microsoft Paint by a literal retard, as even a child could tell this was fake. I’m sure this will help his case, since it can actually be proven screenshots from the app don’t look like this.
I'm about 7.2 percent positive it's actually an accessibility feature on the iPhone. At about 2.5 percent it could be something like using Google Lens for the screenshots and it trying to be smart.
The variation in thickness is probably just artifacts due to non-integer scaling and PDFs being a horrible format for raster/bitmap graphics.

For clarity I was trying to show that the domain doesn't have to have anything to do with the target. I could send a retard an email that says just "To: elon@whitehouse.gov" with a Bcc and the retard would get it and think that he's elon. Sure I'll get an error but from all outward appearances it's a perfectly valid email. "cc: russellgreerhandler@fbi.gov"

BCC, then that would appear in the email itself
THAT'S NOT HOW BCC WORKS.
A bcc will never show in the "To" or "Cc" lines, that's why it's Blind. If you're not Russ you can open the email detail/headers and see where it was sent, but it won't appear on a normal screenshot.

At the risk of doxxxxxing myself. Here's headers from an email to me... well a couple of them.
Code:
Delivered-To: dave@example.com
Received: from amazon.com blah blah blah for <dave@example.com>
From: God <god@root.net>
To: Jesus <jesus@root.net>
Which was a Bcc to me on a very important email. It may also be fake, but that's the idea.

I'll just go with "SHOW US THE HEADERS, RUSS"

This proves nothing. Russhole could be spoofing those emails himself from a disposable email account. Russhole has been playing 4D checkers for years. Not very well mind you, but he's been playing it nonetheless.

Even if there are headers, they'd most likely be inconclusive. Useful maybe, but still inconclusive.

Either way, a judge who isn't a complete boomer and/or washing Russhole's balls would rule said emails inadmissable due to the lack of evidence as to who is behind them.

The part that I find funny is that he suspiciously did NOT click on the "Matthew D. Hardin" name and screenshot the actual email address behind it. At the same time, he acts all innocent in the document, "Golly gee I don't want to believe it's really Mr. Hardin," while strongly implying that Hardin himself is harassing him. Like others have suggested, the To and Cc addresses likely do not exist and any non-existent emails on Greer's domain are automatically funneled to whatever his default is, but the headers would be telling.

I feel like there must be some sort of rule about knowingly submitting doctored and fabricated evidence.

With everything that has happened the past few days, I do believe that the judge will stop treating this as a joke and start trying to wrap up this case.

I said this above, but yes, any email address at a domain can be forwarded to a main box by default. You wouldnt have to bcc anyone. If Russ owns russellgreer.com you can email anything at that domain and he'd probably get it.
I believe many providers call this "catch-all" . As others stated, the advantage to catch-all is that messages sent to (anything) at domain.example gets forwarded to another specified address.

The big drawback to catch-all email is that spammers send test emails to all possible combinations of characters at domain names to see what goes through. Because this would subject users to an absolute deluge of spam, providers may either disable catch-all by default or not even offer it as an option. Similarly, a bad actor could exploit catch-all to troll someone without knowing the victim's real email address.

At this point, it's anyone's guess whether these alleged emails came from trolls/wɘens or if they're false-flagging by RG to amplify his plights before the court. What I like seeing right now is how the bouncing and squeaking in RG's filings is directly proportional to Hardin's filings requesting action, sanctions, etc. that would actually move the case forward in any sort of way.

Edited for spelling and clarity.

1735942193090.png 1735942869034.png

That's confusing because I specifically tested it before making my post and it did show me as the BCC. Here's the example I sent right now from one of my email addresses to a second email address with a BCC to a third email address. It does show me as a BCC recipient while my second email address is the one missing the BCC information. Perhaps this was because I used three Gmail email addresses in this test?

EDIT: That was exactly the reason. I tested again using a Proton email address sent to a GMX email address and then BCC'd to Gmail and now it doesn't show any BCC information. Thank you for helping cure my ignorance on this matter.

There is no feature like that on the iPhone, and if there was, it would look like this:

Why is the rest of the picture compressed like he copied it a thousand times but the text isn’t? If it’s really some accessibility feature that only highlights the text, how come the only text that isn’t highlighted with that box is the word ‘other’ here and the time?
IMG_6067.jpeg

Looks to me that one didn’t need to be altered or pasted on top. I think he really fucked up this time. He thought he was clever by faking screenshots but he couldn’t tell how blatantly fake they are because he‘s an actual retard.
I knew this guy had shit-for-brains but this is bad.
