The official Half-Life Discord and Reddit are both full of autists, trannies, niggers, chinks, groomers, etc.
 
The Half-Life community is, sadly, pozzed. Anything Valve related, really. There is no old school FPS safe from troons, unfortunately.

Maybe only TWHL.info community can be spared, but don't quote me on that.

By the way, the update also brought back monster shadows. You can enable it by typing r_shadows "1" in the console.

Also looks like CS 1.6's func_vehicle is backported into regular Half-Life as well.

Half-Life was the game that REALLY got me into video games as a whole so it's sad to see, but unfortunately you're right. It's close to impossible to find any normal communities for ANYTHING anymore. Only in such a messed up world where we are all connected through the internet you can feel alone.

Don't be fooled. Most of the community of any game hates trannies and niggers and faggots and other degeneracy and subversive types. They just are a now forced silent majority as nearly all online discourse on any topic is highly censored and curated. Essentially every single social media site will prohibit certain topics and lines of thinking regardless of the subject the main forum.

Like you can't talk about black crime statistics or tranny suicide rates on most video game forums or subreddits. Okay. Whatever. They can argue that those forums should just be about Half Life. Then you realize you can't even talk about black crime statistics on the forum or subreddit called "crime statistics". And you can't talk about the butchery and sickness of transgender surgeries in the "transgender" subreddit or forum. So you think "Okay then I'll just go back to the Half Life forum and talk about video games". And you get there and half of the posts are about how "Whites are evil" and "I just cut my dick off and got a Gordon Freeman tattoo".

The overwhelming majority of game enthusiasts hate faggots. It's just that the opposing end controls the entire internet practically now.

Well yeah, they weren't on their own and lived on Dad bucks so life was bliss and troonery wasn't needed as a cope for failure.
Shame too, a lot of trannies were some of the best slur-slinging, shit-posting, sieg-heil'ing, irreverent assholes around, as well as talented modders.
