I don't know if this is unfortunate or not, but he hasn't committed treason yet, and jailing a dangerous retard like Hasan just for having anti-American political opinions is dumb because, setting aside how antithetical that is to our First Amendment rights, such an arbitrary arrest based solely on what a person believes could easily be used against the jailer when the political tides shift.
Fortunately for us, Hasan's years of supporting and inciting terrorism will eventually be enough for him to at the very least face serious adverse economic consequences like deplatforming and loss of revenue. If we're very lucky, he might just get corralled by LAPD and arrested for participating in destruction of property, vandalism, and obstructing police.
