What's the story with kiwifarms.net again?
Is that under some kind of pseduo-theft by a service?

The intermediate registrar (so the registrar that Jersh his registrar uses) is Key-Systems GmbH, a huge domain broker from Germany. They don't have jurisdiction over Poland or .pl, but because they are the party who manages the domain registration they can do whatever the fuck they want. How can they seize a site thats not even in their jurisdiction?
Jersh said on MATI he is saving kiwifarms.net for the big return to the capital I Internet. What's the story with kiwifarms.net again?

Wishful thinking, but unfortunately they undoubtedly can point to vague allegations about terms of service or some other bullshit to justify why they're not breaching the contract, they're just breaking the contract because you breached it.I somehow suspect they are in major breach of contract fucking with the tld leased by another business.
Last I checked when you leased something, you own dominion over all of it.
If I lease a fucking house, the landlord can't just declare he's taking back a room mid-lease and start throwing my shit out of it.
.pl is managed by a Polish company, it's just Epik (the registrar Jersh uses) using a German registrar to register .pl domains.I .. uh.. don't think that's how it works when an entire TLD is leased out.
Read up on São Tomé and Príncipe, what a fascinating place I’d never heard of.

I'm very impressed with how smoothly this particular "transition" happened.Tomorrow is Fatricks day in court, which is like Christmas morning for many a young kiwifarmer. Typical that the domain change happens right before a possible lolcow eruption.
Instead of the Flying Dutchman on the high seas of the internet, we can call ourselves the Flying Kiwis.I'm very impressed with how smoothly this particular "transition" happened.
We're getting pretty good at being the Wandering Jews of the Internet.
