I hate the Internet and the people who own it

what was the last post?
Image for ants because I screencapped it from Null's stream.

Is anyone else getting a 502 when trying to access .st?
the last few days i've had patches of 502 errors on .st, both on and off VPN. during these times TOR has worked fine. the clearweb site comes back online after a few minutes. if i had to guess i'd say impotent tranny interference of some kind. those SSI checks can't pay for anything that lasts too long, after all

Yeah but they only last a few minutes. I just chill on the constantly tabbing and lurking, and come back later.

I do want to say that since we've moved to .st, outside of a few hiccups, the site runs much better on my end. It is much faster than .pl ever was. I can actually load videos now without having to open TOR all the time.

Unless you're a pajeet who doesn't know that "you're going to get slaughtered like a pig" is a reference to a lawsuit that most of the internet doesn't know about, not a literal death threat.

It doesn't matter. I'm sure there was a mob of troons just waiting for him to post something that even vaguely sounds like it's breaking the rules so they can start spamming report.

He didn't free Alex Jones either. Musk is just doing whatever he thinks will make Twitter/X profitable.
I really don't get the people who think Elon Musk is the person that is going to free the world from all the faggots and woke retards on this planet. Musk just supports whatever he thinks makes him the most money, if the sentiment flips and he can make more money with being super LGBTQIAA+CIAwhatever he will do that.

He's just a white nigger from South Africa who likes money. That's fine, that he likes money, but he's not the savior people think he is.

I do agree with what he said about censoring people is what creates extremists.
He definitely reduced the problem of twitter being the breeding grounds of witch hunts. But that was because the trannies think he's racist or something.

"Absolutely! And those would be what? Exactly, which ones?"
If terminally online people got their way, any opinion except emphatic emotional and financial support of their weird ways and blissful ignorance of their greater social and cultural harm would warrant a visit to your house by a PRC execution van or firing squad. I'd say that's dramatic, but Twitter(Xitter?) did dance on the grave of the victims of that school shooting in Nashville.

I will take what wins we can get. They should have mentioned nothing KF has even done was proven illegal, and in fact they ignored a perfect counter point to all the trannies: Facebook.

Facebook has gotten away with much worse shit than KiwiFarms, every single time. Literal murders, livestreaming crimes, CP and CSAM, harassment and more. But KiwiFarms is the evil one.

I look forward to hearing usual suspects explain how EFF are all fascists, and how it would NEVER EVER POSSIBLY happen that someone who isn't a meanie nazi could get deplataformed the same way.

The cops and the courts should be working to protect the victims of KF and go after the perpetrators with every legal tool at their disposal. We should be giving them the resources and societal mandate to do so. Solid enforcement of existing laws is something that has been sorely lacking for harassment and abuse online, and it’s one of the reasons people turn to censorship strategies. Finally, we should enact strong data privacy laws that target, among others, the data brokers whose services help enable doxxing.
The oblig disclaimer is fine because the gossip website's users are almost always going to be in the clear, save for a few exceptions living in shithole countries, like Caroline Farrow, or users who do bannable IRL actions or fedposting who are likely to be kicked out anyway.

The corporate censorship route is a million times more effective than the law enforcement route. Go ahead, enforce existing laws. Especially Washington State's.

Also, I'd like to note that this is an unsigned editorial again. Which side is actually doing the "harassment and abuse" online?

Wow, the EFF simultaneously agrees that HE went too far and also that KF is a hotbed for illegal activity (they very carefully tapdanced around that) which it isnt...
Subject: Request for Retraction

Hello,

I am the operator of the Kiwi Farms. I have a few requests.

https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2023/08/isps-should-not-police-online-speech-no-matter-how-awful-it

  • Kiwi Farms is two words, proper noun.
  • Doxing is spelled with a single 'x'.
  • The Internet is a proper noun with a capital I. If there was "an internet", the Internet would be subdivided regionally, which is probably what's going to happen but it hasn't yet. China has an internet, but it's not the Internet.
  • The Kiwi Farms is not criminal.

I understand your female authors have been chased into hiding by transgender identity extremists on Twitter after their first article about the Kiwi Farms, which is why they now author these articles anonymously under the EFF byline, but I'd ask if you don't indirectly imply we are a criminal enterprise.

https://kiwifarms.st/threads/matthew-prince-lied.128900/

To this day, I have never been contacted by any law enforcement agency of any country in the world about what Cloudflare revoked our protection over. I have never been contacted by any law enforcement agency in any country about any of the alleged suicides that the Kiwi Farms is blamed for.

The reiteration that online gossip is tantamount to murder and abuse, and that such gossip is criminal, only further cements these insane decisions from inside the industry. Your insinuation that an online community (hosted in the United States by American companies and owned by a US LLC by an American citizen with 100% of his assets in American bank accounts) is criminal puts us in league with child pornographers and pirates which can be justifiably removed from the Internet.

I understand it's not fun to be attacked by insane people on the Internet. Trust me, I know. But you're giving them what they want by writing these defenses of Internet integrity so weakly. Nobody in the Industry is going to change their mind on their decisions after reading a 5 paragraph essay where 2 paragraphs are about how you want me gutted and hanged upside down in a federal prison for my mass murder of poor, innocent trans people via forum posts.

Either defend US legal websites or don't. Anyone who who would stop supporting the EFF over a factually accurate and true position on the Kiwi Farms will not be OK with you offering indirect support in the way you are - they will still be angry and vindictive. Conversely, people who would support the EFF for having a strong position on freedom of speech and defense of the Internet will not start supporting the EFF when you feel the need to apologize constantly for being right.

Cheers,
Josh

That EFF article in a way is so weak and pathetic it almost makes things worse. It only shows how weak the EFF and that they'll cave like cowards.

Just pick a stance and have a spine for once, Trannies are such weak little internet tough guys that they should be mocked. Any amount of pushbacks always leaves them in tears.

Excuse me, I'm just proving the point I made above...

Eradicated by 'ANY' means necessary.....classy.

I disagree with this statement, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it. Means nothing in clown world. You'll miss free expression when it's ripped from you by people with less-than-moral reasons for doing so. Don't call it a grave, it's the future you chose...
