Soda (GM of OnlyFangs) saying Mald's actions were explicitly roach behavior

Soda saying Mald needs to take some blame

Soda shitting on Mald's mage gameplay. He says he won't gkick (he usually doesn't gkick streamers) but he's probably going to get ghosted

Soda denying Mald's claim that he's too important to die because there's other enchanters in the guild and he has nothing special. The most important recipe he has is Crusader enchant, which multiple other people have. Soda mentions how the only recipe that's super rare to warrant such a claim of self-importance would be Lionheart Helm, which is a very very rare world drop.

Preach giving his opinion of the vibe that Mald gives

More Mald hindsight hypocrisy: He knows the importance of rank 1 blizzard

The roach behavior isn't just from that Dire Maul, he's been doing it all along. One of his party members had pulled mobs but quickly ran out of the instance to reset them, which was them running back to their original position. Mald runs up to the spellbinder and aggros the spellbinder and the 2 other melee mobs. Unlike his party member who was alone and knew running out would reset the mobs, Mald sees his party try to deal with the situation and he immediately makes a break for the exit.

Preach giving his opinion of the vibe that Mald gives
Used to watch Preach back in the day a lot and while he's a Blizzard shill and a disgusting Br*tish I'm pretty much 100% in alignment with his take on this one.

For those that don't know, Preach used to be in world first guilds, parsed for world first, and was a major maker of WoW class guides as well as a reader of Drama.

To those trying to character assassinate me online for a bad pull in Diremaul WoW Hardcore. This is Hardcore WoW and a lot is on the line when you step foot into a dungeon. Here is a light breakdown of the last 24 hours.

Our party went the wrong way and overpulled multiple packs with a boss. The shotcaller made the call to run then went back on that call. During the run out another pack was pulled as we had opted to skip it previously which is never a good thing. Communication was completely broken throughout this and it was our second time failing the dungeon. Everyone played poorly and two people ultimately lost their characters for it.

Each person in this group made mistakes including myself. I have never once said I was perfect in my play nor that I was a god gamer. I'm just an ex-Blizzard employee that has played mage for a long time.

To pin that on a single person is absurd at best and if you're calling for death and cancellation over it you're too invested in this content in a very unhealthy way. If you're a creator engaging in this kind of behavior then eventually your content wave will end but the relationships you've sullied will be permanent. Hope it was worth it for you.

To those trying to defend me. Don't worry about it. This too shall pass. Do not attack anyone else on my behalf. I've always hated that kind of behavior. I have no intention of stopping making things or not doing stuff as I already have been.

Those who were banned will stay so. I've never liked that kind of knee-jerk reaction behavior in our community before and I will not be changing that now.

For those that don't understand why they will stay banned. We had a ten hour long hate-raid over it live on Twitch. We had to ban nearly 4,000 accounts across all platforms and our moderators received death threats regularly throughout it all. People called for me to be killed both in-game and out of game. They tried to get me banned from Twitch, the guild, and WoW. They tried to make disparaging comments about our ferret rescue or that we somehow hurt animals. They tried to spread rumors saying I was convicted of felonies and many other things.

The internet hate machine will not defeat me or the community that supports me. See you in WoW Hardcore tomorrow.

"I hope your fifteen minutes was worth ruining our friendship." I hope you failing to take the L has been worth the self-projection, Mald. I hope he gets ghosted in future raids. Also, 4000 bans. That's a not insignifigant number, holy fuck.

Soda posted a video on youtube about Maldy. Probably just the twitch stream of his reaction, but it's something.
I just finished this video and was going to post it. He is definitely called out as the hero that is a zero.
Asmongold's shit take was shown to Sodapoppin in that video and he was all like 'no fuck Asmongold he's trolling'.

He's officially on the whole guild's radar as a rat/roach that will leave you to die. Yamato vindicated. This drama has been hilarious!

"Communication was completely broken throughout this"
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Mald doesn't understand what a 'mute bind' is and responds to Twitch chat over voice comms, distracting everyone else. He did it in the failed run and there are clips everywhere of him doing it during other runs. To top it all off right as they made the first pull (before accidentally pulling the second boss) he wasn't even looking at the game, he looked off to something someone had linked him. Zero situational awareness.

I don't feel like filtering through all 56 individual ferret pages
Eh fuck it I've got nothing better to do

Cowboy (A) - Old ferret with multiple illnesses including possible cancer. No fault of the rescue, as this is the condition he was adopted in.
Demeter (A) - Needed surgery in December due to swallowed object blocking up digestive system
Felix (A) - Died in September due to cancer.
Fig (lol) (A) - Hypertrophic heart disease diagnosed in November
Henry (A) - Ferret with poor motor control due to heavy brain damage. Requires near constant maintenance.
Kitty (A) - Recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Not listed on the wiki for some reason
Latte (A) - Diagnosed with DIM, but seems to be recovering well
Mocha (A) - Same as Latte
Mouse (A) - Deaf.
Odin (A) - Also deaf.
Peanut (A) - Also deaf.
Pepper (A) - Also deaf.
Pickle (A) - Heart murmur. Possibly developed after coming to the rescue.
Torch (A) - Also deaf.
Zero (A) - Died in August due to cancer.

Stress seems to be mounting due to nearly 1/4 of the hoard being sick or disabled. Honestly, it's hard to fault Shaye for this situation. It's pretty clear that Mald just wanted his personal ferret collection without realizing what opening a rescue entails (ie, dealing with tons of sick and disabled animals), and he left Shaye to sort out the details. I think she's doing as good of a job as you can do at looking after 56 ferrets at the same time.
It's reflective of Heartbound in a way. Shaye did all the art and assets for the game, while Mald sits around and does absolute jack fuck besides take credit for it.

Don't most people learn at least like two or three languages by default?
Look I never took it but I'm in chat groups with people who have and they usually mention a few languages around C from their school days.
Yeah, knowing languages isn’t much of a flex without significant work experience in each one. Anyone with a couple years of experience in ANY language, would likely be able to switch between most languages as long as they read a few articles about the differences between their primary language and the target one. You wouldn’t know all the intricacies but I doubt the majority of your work would require that level of knowledge.

Holy fuck, he's mentally incapable of accepting responsibility. At 0:45, Miz asks him if he could have done more and Mald finally says that he could have done more but immediately rebuffs any blame by saying how the risk wasn't worth it for him. He was never at risk of dying in that situation. He even brings up the prior Dire Maul run he did with a group and how they almost wiped but conveniently leaves out how he asspulled a pack and caused that shitshow.

Yeah, Preach will do a lot of guntguarding for Blizzard but even he has his limits. He's one of the much older WoW community guys. Mald has really fucked up because he's not just pissing off the twitch streamers that are only casually playing Hardcore WoW for the "content" but the MMO community, which is part of his core audience.

What a fucking lolcow. He states in that Miz stream that the smart thing to do is just let it pass and he goes and post this. It's always the "stop shitting on me, I've received death threats!". You dumb cunt, everyone receives death threats as a content creator.

In the pull that started this whole shitshow, he's trying to talk over them in comms and even Soda calls him out on this.
