I took a peak in Jason's groomcord hugbox and it's the most milquetoast shit I've ever read.

Having woken up to him being g-kicked and continuing to doubledown, I think its safe to say absolutely no one is going to stream with him ever again and he's pretty much committed career suicide in the eyes of the normies. Also nice to see that I was right in assuming this would be what -cancels- ol' maldy. Very nice to feel vindicated. Only way he recovers from this is if he pivots to alt-right grift content with Asmon or something which would REALLY piss off his tranny audience. He's pretty much ruined his entire streaming career over fucking WoW of all things. Lmao, maybe now he'll finally finish heartbound lads!

I don't know enough about his livestreaming presence or any of his video game shit to know whether its at all profitable or possible to live on, but he may just be sitting on stacks of money and not have to do much to get money.
He set the record for biggest Hype Train on Twitch twice in the last year or so, which means he made the most money in a short period of time (not counting donations though a third party, which Twitch obviously hates). It's safe to say he made six figures last year, assuming he wasn't secretly paying for the subscribers himself.

It's even simpler than this:
Leveling in wow fucking sucks and hitting 60 if you're playing it relatively safe takes literal hundreds of hours of boring shit. It's a major reason content is so few and far between despite the popularity of classic and why the community latches onto anything exciting so hard. Just show some empathy - telling people to reroll mage when they're basically begging you for some sort of empathetic reaction to your mistake is some brain not fully formed shit in the context of a hardcore wow death. There's a player in the guild named Pikaboo who's also in a few reactions here who all but killed a warlock himself. He didn't apologize for anything and when asked for one yesterday by the same girl in a conversation they were having about Pirate he still didn't but at least gave them a "damn that sucks you have to level again" and after a few days of getting clowned everyone moved on.
i haven't played world of warcraft in over 15 years but ultimately the thing that made me quit the game was that the game is designed to create a crab-in-pot mentality that causes players to get mad at each other. the game has multiple abstract methods to make sure a player can be useful to other players, the game is meticulously designed to make sure that even the worst players have some kind of useful abilities. yet the endgame encounter design requires a solid understanding of the underlying mechanics of the game that at no point are ever truly tested or explained to the player until they get dumped in difficult endgame content. as a result the entire community is pretty much constantly pissed off that other people aren't doing the things they need to succeed because the game just rewards you for being shitty at the game

Whoever allowed auto group and item levels+vert prog needs to be shot tbh. Killed players' need to know who's who on your server and made players treat other players as bodies to fill. Item levels with vert prog made players feel rushed to get new gear too so if you don't get your stuff within whatever reset the game set, they get pissy.

I think something you guys are overlooking about how this fire flamed so fast is people were getting very sick and tired of him. This isn't just the wow incident. Other streamers were getting sick of little stuff this guy does and it bubbled up into this big thing.

Edit: I'm going to try and find some clips of this. There was multiple streamers at one point complaining he never mutes his mic in raids/dungs. Talking over other people and not having basic consideration for shit.

Yes, the phenomenon is known as the straw that broke the camels back.
Unfortunately it allows his faggot audience to pretend that this is the ONLY reason he's getting so much hate.
