There's going to come a day when someone uses these same tactics against him. Mald just can't help himself.

I don't think that's going to be as satisfying as people expect.

He's already been caught on the other end of his own behavior, like when he screwed over his team by pulling some mob. He'll just push it onto someone else "oh it was the tank it's his fault I pulled the mob", and then do what he seems to constantly do when he argues, he'll interrupt, get pissy, accuse you of interrupting when you won't let him cut you off, then hang up and have a piss baby rant where he just filibusters. Because his concept of speaking seems revolve around the concept of "more word=more smart".

He is immune from facing his own actions, because in his mind anything bad he does is someone else's fault. He'd probably either say it's fair use, or rant uninterrupted for 20 minutes about how copyright law doesn't work like that.

This is probably the most pettiest DMCA I've seen, and I've beared witness to a LOT of shit-ass DMCAs. Though, how is it still a valid DMCA when Jason fails to provide his proper address? That, and I love how Valve will not take down Aliens: Colonial Marines despite it being in a completely unplayable state, yet they'll take smol indie dev games down in a heartbeat if it pisses off someone with even the smallest of connections.

I've been wanting to create a Youtube gamedev/devlog general thread for a while but never got around to it as I don't know any programming myself, so the more technical stuff flies right over my head.

These lolcows have a milk with a subtler taste. Instead of massive drama and slapfights you get clueless speds who waste years polishing a turd while surrounded by yesmen, autists making shitty clones of their favorite childhood game, and grifters like our friend here who pretend to work on a game to coast on the popularity of being a gamedev without ever actually releasing the thing.
