Also with the most recent ferret to die. How old was that one? Because ferrets are expected to live about 2-3 years after diagnosis with proper treatment.

I am the "actual" attorney who represents the game dev in the issue with Mr. Hall. I have not read each and every post in this thread, but I've read enough to be impressed with--and grateful for--how thorough a number of you are. Not all of you, but definitely a number of you.

Mind, I don't necessarily endorse all of the speech here. Just because you have the unquestionable right to say something doesn't mean you should. But I was both impressed with and heartened by the nuanced understanding in a number of posts.

Also, for the fellow who called me "Creamy Mario"--when I was a teacher, my students did call me "Mr. Creamy" (as well as C-Dawg, Creamalicious, Ceraminator, etc.). And that comment happily brought me back to that time.

There are a number of other things I wish I could say, but I cannot, as service to my client's interests comes ahead of any personal expressive interests. It is good to know, though, that not everyone has been mislead on the facts or the law.

Also, if you come across an instance of censorial bullying, misusing the DMCA or the like to silence "the little guy," you know where to send the person. Or if a content producer gets free speech law wrong and needs being corrected, please send them my way.

Ferrets are cute and all but God if you don't exactly know what you're doing & slack off even just a bit they're difficult as hell and so many things can go wrong.
My guess is retard just slacks off slowly overtime until one dies, then it's a wakeup call to stay on top of health shit, which they do for a short while, before slacking off again.
That is just my guess though.

Because to be entirely fair, ferrets, especially ones bred with the fuel of color & pattern autism, are fragile little fuckers as far as health goes & just like hamsters passively work on killing themselves without knowing.
For example, being obligate carnivores pretty much means that if they eat ANYTHING that isn't meat, they'll likely just fucking die due to constipation, which happens fast because their digestive tract is super short IIRC. And the BIG problem is that they love chewing on & destroying shit.
So if you don't ferret-proof the space you keep them in, nor give 24/7 surveillance which is the only alternative, they will end up doing something that fucks them up.
