Charlie aka Moist Kritikal made a video on him basically exposing him for a retard that he is to millions of people. He's been a-logged by smaller channels for 10 months now, but between this and Ross actually shitting on Fig himself, I think it's starting to sink in that people are going to be out for his blood if/when this thing fails.

I really hope that it works anyway and legislation is passed. and jason just looks like a massive historical faggot and mocked about it forever. Both for my sake as a gamer, and his sake. I lowkey could see some fat neet obsessing over how gaming is all they have, and this being the last straw and attacking him or something.

I know you don't mean ill, but I feel like its ALMOST injust to say ross shit on him. Ross has been the nicest, most cordial person through all of this, so while I don't sense you say ross shit on him in a BAD way, I almost feel its slandering ross in a way. He ignored it for a long time, he tried to be professional despite jason calling him a greasy used care salesman and telling him to "eat his entire ass".

I don't sense ill will, but it can't be stressed enough that ross was nicer than jason ever could have deserved. And even bringing it up now, hes as nice as someone can be.

Remember the last time he said his internet went out? There are discrepancies in the facts laid out:

Last outage:

• "Unplanned", affected his development on Heartbound, and at the most convenient time (days before the monthly patch)
• Despite the outage, was online on Discord, on the desktop app (there was no green phone icon indicating he was using mobile data)

This outage:

• Also "unplanned", but restored within minutes
  • Jason brings up the fact his ISP contacted him because he is an enterprise consumer with Gigabit U/D for his companies
    • Interestingly, this was not the case three months ago. He either changed plans, ISP, or lied
• Even during an outage, Twitch and YouTube (if the stream is less than a certain many hours long in YouTube's case) still holds the buffering and encoding data in-stream
  • The VOD on both platforms, being less than the threshold hours in YouTube's case, should be preserved server-side despite the outage. This can be seen in any popular streamer's channel, especially during IRL streams with poor coverage
    • This leads me to believe there was either a major technical mansion at both the ISP and AWS service level, or that he lied

Knowing what we know about his character, in both cases, beyond reasonable doubt, he's lying. Cutting off his nose to spite his face.
