It's on schedule, for votes of the day, should the votes per day remain as healthy as they are today. It's a projection model basically.

schedule assumes the same amount of signatures each day over the entire length of the campaign.

It's tied to the ECI API and refreshes hourly according to the GitHub source code. Discrepancies are corrections in the algo.

I think the way it figures if its behind schedule is by calculating the average amount of signature per day so far (<s>), and calculates how many signatures it would get on the remaining days , and if that product is not enough to surpass the needed signatures then we're behind schedule.

It was like 15 minutes of actual programming over 190 hours or something absurd. It's been a long time coming, I've been following this thread since the WOW drama, and he would brag about the adpocalypse was made up based on his burrito index retardation. It's kind of buried but I think he's been bitching about it as of late. He's stream views are also drying up, I don't know how any of his other income sources are doing, but I'm beating those are loosing traction too. And from what I understand he has quite a bit of expenses to cover, his ferret autschwitz (for which he's constantly buying new ferrets), he's janny team, his "employed" pooner, and I'm not sure if he paid off his new place or not.
