It is true that Mald's "crimes" are pretty much peanuts in the face of other lolcows who support terrorism, pedophilia, etc. But that just makes him easier to make fun of imo. Making fun of real monsters is tough because they represent real evil. That's never fun, often just depressing and infuriating.

This guy isn't evil. He's just extremely, extremely hateable. Everything about him is fake and gay, and almost everyone regardless of politics or morals just intuitively feels how much of a stupid asshole he is. The outright refusal to backdown an inch over stupid bullshit like WoW just doubles how much of a shit eater he comes off as. He's a great lolcow.
This is what this site used to be about. Mald has all the makings of a classic cow. No polisperging, no arguing over pronouns, no sperging over troons, no retarded moralfagging, just straight classic arrogance and a refusal to log off.

Obviously not on the same level of evil as literal pedos and rapists. But he’s still a massive control freak, a thieving grifter, a manipulative compulsive liar, a cheater and a FERRET. FUCKER.

Reminder that Animus went from 97% and releasing in 2023, to 98% done and releasing in 2024, to being completely written, to being completely done except for the writing, to now taking 3 weeks of work to prepare each increment of the writing, the writing of which was already actually completed two years ago.

Game Jam 17 not going well for Mald:

Jason Explains Heartbound Routes
View attachment 7661099
150 lines over 16 routes sounds impressive until you do basic math. 9.3 lines per route. Assuming it's a back and forth that's 4-5 lines of dialogue per person where a third are fucking ellipsis. I don't understand how his shape sorters aren't offended by that when there's more dialogue placing an order at McDonald's than one of his 'routes.'

I'm not interested enough to watch Shaye's content to get a grasp on what kind of person she is
She's a freak that draws cubfur and gore and furfag shit.

just the same way he doesn't use SSE on his highly optimized raytracing code, and SSE is *ancient* in comparison to shaders.
I'm guessing you're more or less at the mercy of the runtime deciding whether to use SSE for code that would be better off with it, unless there are explicit SIMD functions. But imagine, if GameMaker had support for inline asm and Jason tried to write it, the milk would be endless.

It's barely dialogue. It's a complete joke. See this post for some concrete examples from this patch if you haven't already:
Looking through the patch diff...
Anyway, as has been said before, this whole "multi-routes" thing is a shtick in the first place.
A game where you make some decisions is called a normal fucking game.

The fact the industry is basically 1 to 1 saying exactly what jason said about SKG bodes SO BADLY for him being a plant

ubisoft responds exactly like jason

I know the game companies of europe thing already said this, but now ubisoft alone is saying it. And its the same "but we can't run servers til the end of time" shit.
its crazy how billion dollar companies, with all the lawyers and resources
conveniently doesnt know how to read
whenever it suits them

I thought of an interesting possibility. I think Jason is not so much an industry plant as he is trying to skinsuit being one. It's possible that because he wants to be seen as an insider, he was predicting what an insider would think and say about SKG. The benefit of this for him is establishing or maintaining an image of someone who is "in". This can sometimes be leveraged into becoming an actual insider. Fake it 'til you make it.

Copying a character like that is something he's legitimately skilled at, and has reliably had success with (for a time, anyway.) I think he predicted too well this time, and actually guessed what publishers would argue. But since they're associated with his brand that rapidly turned toxic, (worse, they might as well have been at the brand equivalent of ground zero in Chernobyl,) he's essentially poisoned the well for publishers. They were shit arguments, but thanks to Mald having made them as he did, they are shitty and cringe. He created an optics disaster for them before they could move. Ubisoft's strongest solider detonated the suicide vest before they even headed out. Hilarious shit.

Either that or publishers based their arguments on his videos, which is hilarious for different reasons.
