Jeff is, from what I've gathered, a homeless looking old guy who looks like a hagraven from Skyrim, hair and all. and who chats up random people on facebook. Afaik all three of these vids were uploaded to facebook. The uploader apparently is friends with him on facebook, as he gave some background on the latest vid.
First vid is him accosting some high school girls in a mall for 4 agonizing minutes and asking them for their facebook accounts. Second vid starts with him going to a high school parking lot to meet said high school girls from the previous video. No previous relation between them afaik so this dude literally drove up to a fucking high school to meet some girls fifty years younger than him. It also includes him eating at a Shoney's with an older woman, probably a relative. Third one starts with him delving into skitzocow territory and ranting about "devil demons" trying to destroy him. The uploader gave some context and apparently he saw an announcement from a random girl he didn't know saying she was going into labor, and showed up at the fucking hospital room uninvited before getting choked by one of her family members and kicked out by security. I can only imagine what other shit this guy pulls on facebook but the uploader hasn't budged with any info so we'll just have to wait for more vids.
