Makes sense. The only funny videos this guy made were the Stream Greenlight series IMO. Maybe it's because I only started knowing of his existence post Gaymer Gate shit, but everything else I tried to watch of his was unbearable to me.

His Jimquisition videos were always extremely repetitive to me. Like yeah, we get that lootboxes are bad and the "TRIPPLE AAAAAAY" gaming industry is full of greedy bastards, we get it. He's one of those youtubers who made a career out of essentially making the same video over and over again.

Personally I was never able to watch many of his videos, even back when I watched all the angry videogame channels - hey we all did it! He was too fat and British and gay even back then. Just a fat man wearing steampunk Nazi clothes and waving a dildo around.

I've actually never really understood the appeal. Back in the aughts before any of the youtube stuff I remember when Jim was hired at destructoid and he was immediately annoying, and really proud of being an annoying fuck as well. And of course he was obsessed with Sonic for some reason. He is the reason I stopped even visiting the site back in the day. Specifically there was some Sonic video that was meant to be satire (I think) about the fandom, but the voice he was using in the video was a mix of like high pitched screeching and fake crying. I shut it off after like 30 seconds lol.

Years later when he started to gain traction on youtube I was like wtf, that one annoying dude that whines about Sonic all the time? It legit shocked me he could find an audience.

I'm not as well versed in this thread as others, but can Jim seriously not afford a corset that costs more than $20? How fucked are her finances at this point? I make a lot less than the average 500K-1mill sub YouTuber and I can still afford a properly sized one. Fuck, there are a million DIY videos that can show you how to make one from upholstery fabric and zip ties.

Sorry, I just get the feeling that Jim would indulge way more financially in her costuming if she could. Mostly because she has in the past.

Then again, I suppose it's equally likely that she is just too lazy to learn any of this.

I would like to see the Patreon take a large hit. Seems like he has a number of pay pigs who double down when he starts taking losses. Jim would not piss on his best friend if he/she/it were on fire. He doesn’t give a single, solitary fuck about anyone and only uses people so he can buy gay action figures.

whether some people want to admit it or not, but having somewhat expensive college can be a blessing, as in it prevents many people from being groomed into LGBT/commie shit. Imagine the USA/Canada if every fucking teen could go to a "fancy" university for free. yeah it's pretty horrifying
