Is he really? I kind of find him a bit fun from the few times I've seen him in videos, plus his voice is pretty listenable. I watched a couple of Himpleton streams, and he was pretty chill in them.
I actually know a fan of Tectone from when he was doing gacha content, and they just don't like the lame, low-quality slop he's producing now, so they don't even tune in anymore.

Tectone is hanging on for reasons other than what you claimed. Tectone has friends in the right places and he has an audience that will lap up whatever he says because he confirms their xitter-level "right wing" ideas and portrays himself the right way. Same as Asmongold, except Tectone isn't as good at the grift. I have my own suspicions about Nikandros and his choice of targets. Instead of jumping to conclusions and talking like a pompous ass, you could have just asked me why I left that reaction.

I don't doubt that Nikandros has a significantly more positive view of Hasan than most commentary youtubers, but claiming he is a Hasan proxy is dumb. Nikandros has had 3 major beefs during his online career. His first two beefs was with Muta and Nux which started with the Mutahar Knewn't video in late 2024. That video is the most important domino for the creation of Post Nux Clarity. The fallout of Post Nux Clarity is what lead Nux to become a Hasan bad channel. Unless you think this was some grand Machiavellian op, Nikandros didn't attack Nux cause he was anti-Hasan. The only other major beef is with Leaflit, which she started.

I don’t like any of the people you mentioned, so them tearing into each other doesn’t bother me at all. Besides, Nikandros makes some informative videos and watching him beef with leaflit, Nuxtaku or other vtubers could actually be fun.
