Note for the autistic: The "Denied" that appears in the pleading column next to the corresponding hate crime enhancement indicates that the defendant plead not guilty to both the original charge and to the enhancement attached to the original charge. Initially I thought that "denied" implied that the court was no longer pursuing the hate crime enhancements but I was proven retarded upon further research.

Funny you should say that, because according to the article and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court (under whose jurisdiction fall both Clark County and Las Vegas) this isn't even Johnny's first rodeo.

Man, time served is such bullshit. This guy clearly wasn't a good candidate for early release or a plea deal. No idea how he got off so easy. California being retarded, I guess.
