When/if the court case happens I'm curious what anyone's "defense" will be or what the legal story is with "yes, I gave an autistic man copious amounts of alcohol"
I'm even curious about the crowds at the bars and public places that film him and presumably upload that shit to their own tiktoks or whatever social media feeds - do they not get anyone asking them "why the fuck do you have videos of an autistic guy going on a booze fueled rage?"

Most states (including New York) have something called a "dram shop law" (the quaint terminology gives an idea how old these laws usually are), which imposes liability for negligently providing liquor to someone already visibly intoxicated.
So if you serve someone like Josh, already clearly wasted, even more alcohol, and he goes out and falls on a subway third rail or assaults someone or goes drunk driving (luckily he does not seem to drive) and hits someone, there would be liability for whoever served him that alcohol unlawfully, typically the bar and the individual bartender.
Usually it's tough to prove these cases because you have to show the guy was already visibly intoxicated, not that he simply had a buzz on, but since many of these incidents with Josh are recorded and uploaded for the public to view, it would be a lot easier to prove.

Captain is coming back from his business trip in Florida, but will be getting on another plane tomorrow to fly out to Dublin. This will be his first time in Ireland.
It seems Josh has upgraded from Zyns to chew while in Florida, except he seems to think you actually need to chew it with your teeth.
