Nice OP and all, but where is his involvement with exposing Jirard "The Completionist" Khalil's charity fraud if it's just an abridged version of the Jirard OP, how he threw his former friend RWhiteGoose under the bus when the speedrun trannies got upset over the racism jokes, and the shit that semi-indirectly followed involving the one tranny, that russian video plagiarizer, and him groveling about trannies in response.

I'd like to play devil's advocate. I didn't even need to read the full review to know that it's Postal 2, which is an intentionally controversial and offensive game practically made as a fuck you to US congressmen and soccer moms who are against violence in video games. I think this image of the petition you go around getting people to sign in the game kind of sums it up

Basically the game makes fun of everyone and everything, from rednecks to cops to gimps and fags to muslims to Gary Coleman. It also allows you to do just about all sorts of murder with ludicrous amounts of gore(as much as the source engine allows anyways). Dismemberment, diseased cow heads, using cats as suppressors for weapons or letting them go as a tazmanian devil-ish grenade into people and having it rip them apart, crack pipes are your health boost item and various other drugs and monster drinks are your powerups, you can piss on people and it's a mechanic in several ways(you can stun people with it or put yourself out if you're on fire).

But in the same vein the game is completely possible pacifist. You don't have to go shoot up the muslim grocery store that's a front for terrorism if you just stand in line and pay for your "Jihad's Goat Milk™". You don't have to go postal on your employer who fires you at the start of the game and you can very easily leave and wait out any violent option. It's not fun but it was there as an answer to "violence in video games is everything" and a way for them to go "but you didn't HAVE to play Postal 2 violently" against any critism which they intentionally made the majority of the game to attract.

So putting it into that perspective, and the fact that at that point I think people were scared of yet another Liebermann US congressional hearing that would screw with video games even more I would not put it past a young easily influenced Karl on the wild west internet to sing the praises of the game to go and "own the pearl-clutchers" by focusing on being edge incarnate in his review.

It's cringe yeah but that was the era and the guy being dedicated enough to the game to go and write an online review for his blog probably meant he wasn't really going out much at that point.

An archive on Karl's main nutt huger and Billy A-log Ersatz_Cats, personal Billy A-log website. The one purple haired tranny that showed up at the trial to document the trial in a real shit way. As he seems to claim in his notes from the trials that Billy was totally losing and the judge almost through him out, claims of Billy making the court "ghasp" with how he would make stupid comments.
All seem to be in his head and never happened.
He has hated Billy for so long that, he even bought the domain name PerfectPacman to totally pwn Billy epic style, as the domain once belong to Billy. But the domain lapsed and he was there to snipe it from him.
He is currently trying to argue Karl out of the hole he has dug himself, using the DesTiny method. As the archive shows.
He has been sweeping the comments while claiming he totally has a "thick skin" and is down with da shitposatz, but it is quite clear he is very ass hurt and in cope and seethe mode over the whole thing blowing up in his face, and he may not get to A-log Billy in any real way anymore.

I think the only way Jobst can salvage his career:

1. Make a response video and say that his ego got the best of him
2. Beg for forgiveness and open up a refund program for anyone who wants their money back from the GoFundMe (Let‘s be honest maybe 20% will make the effort and try to refund) to show goodwill
3. Say that you lost fair and square and you will never make a video about Billy Mitchell again
4. Promise to become a better person
5. Future videos will only be about Speedrunning drama from now on
6. With his Million $/Year income slowly pay off all the debt in around 1-3 years.

When it comes to his gameFAQ activity I would like to draw attention to his 007: tomorrow never dies and FFVIII: advent children review.

They are just pure mid ‘00 cringe that remind me of some of the most pretentious literary critics I had the displeasure of reading.

Unfortunately not only just like the-elite gameFAQ doesn’t allow you to search for posts on their forums by user but they also don’t archive off topic threads so if there were any yee olde catfights they are long gone.

I don't think this is a good plan.
  1. His fans were invested in the crusade, and the ones that are sticking around are still invested in thinking Billy is a bad guy. Appeasement never works and saying all this was for Karl's ego would drive away the rest.
  2. People are mad about being lied to, offering refunds will not make them forgive the lying part. Besides my boy is leaking enough money as it is.

  5. His most popular videos are about things outside of speedrunners, it is how he grew his audiace. His channel is dead in the water because this drama has made his name toxic outside of speedrunning.
  6. He ain't making that much anymore...
If Karl really wants to save his career he needs to go for broke and double the fuck down. People will tune in for an absolute train wreck, not to watch some legally declared retard talk about speedrunning.
