I think a lot depends on the reception of his next video. I still do not see him owning up to the mistake and making a real apology to Billy and his viewers.

I disagree. He's been consistently smug and self-righteous enough to have eventually done something else stupid enough to warrant negative attention, regardless of the lawsuit's outcome - that catalyst could have even been how much of an obnoxious and vindictive fag he would have been had he won. I Think he'd eventually have gotten a thread whenever the PUA shit was discovered, but I wouldn't bet on a counterfactual lawsuit victory causing its discovery.

Given Karl's spin on the lawsuit we'd mostly been operating under, would any of us have been surprised if he won? I'd guess not. And if we weren't surprised, would we have had any reason to look into the details? No, I think he'd have slipped under the loldar for a while yet.
