But as I said, I have no access to those court files, to know for SURE what exactly went down in the filings over nearly 4 years we would need someone to get them for us.

Neither Karl or Billy will take the risk of accidentally publishing something that cannot be under Australian law, so the only way we will ever get it is if someone goes through their dumb form and requests every single document one by one, and then pays for them

The idea of Billy's lawyers dropping some of the defamatory imputations has been going around and I cannot exactly say what the source for it is exactly anymore. It was praised as "Billy's lawyers are genius, they made Karl's defense waste their time on the cheating garbage and then amended the complaint and removed that part".
