Karl really seems to be incredibly gullible when it comes to written word. I am also fairly convinced that his book recommendations are pretty much every book he's ever read. Thank you Karl, i thought lolcows would become a played out Hobby but this thread takes me back to the days of browsing ED and the feeling of "this nigga just keeps the hits coming". I also noticed something odd. does this albino faggot use fake subscribers/sub-bots or some shit? whenever I track his subscriber count, it has been declining since April 1. one day it's at 1,100,000, and then somehow he gains 3,000 more subs the next day. I might be wrong but It's really weird... unfortunately I missed taking a screenshot of it.

If Karl Yobst and his lawyers didn't even attempt to argue against the "supposed lies" of Billy Mitchell in court, then what is the judge supposed to do? The judge isn't there to investigate the situation beyond the facts which were brought to him. What this tells me is that Karl and his lawyers saw these "supposed lies" in Billy's court filings, and instead of arguing against them with citable facts, they let them go unchecked under some inexplicable perception that the judge would just go "I determine this to be a lie!"

Hey nigger, YOU are responsible for arguing your case in court. If you don't effectively argue how and why your opposition is lying, then the court isn't going to pick up the slack and do your job for you.

Frankly this entire fiasco surrounding the lawsuit made me realise why Billy is so litigious.

For years I thought that he was just some has been from the 80’s desperate to keep a dead career alive. But it looks like gaming to him is more of a side gig while his main focus is his restaurant and hot sauce.

And his detractors are all terminally online spergs to whom their leaderboards are the be-all and end-all and they want his head on a spike. Deal with the fucking pedo-troons in your community instead of going after some hot sauce salesman Jesus Christ.
