Compare yourself to how you were before you transitioned and where you are now. You're still depressed. You still can't function or your functioning is worse. You have intrusive thoughts that make you feel like shit. Your sex drive is depleted because the hormones have killed it. You've probably had to go into crazier fetishes because you're just trying to feel something, feel anything.

Your body is falling apart. Did you know that hormones mess with your connective tissue? How are your joints? Do they feel like shit? Did you know that hormones mess with your immune system? If you have an autoimmune issue, it's probably worse.

Transitioning did nothing to help you. Altering your body doesn't work because your brain will find another thing to obsess about. No surgery will make you feel perfect. You will never feel complete. There is no magical pill or alteration that will make you happy.

Eventually, your body is going to fail or you're going to kill yourself. Transitioning doesn't work. You will still die. This is the end result of all troons. You will die.
