Mostly looks like he's scared of the kickback, that's actually pretty normal. That is affecting his aim, his stance isn't the worst, but he seems to have a guy there that is fairly knowledgable.
I'm gonna be honest, I hate this fuckign guy, but he seems to enjoy shooting, hope that sticks. Everyone should shoot guns as often as they can.
