1) It doesn't matter to anyone who isn't horrifically terminally online. Its just another quick dopamine hit seeing their favorite opinion triumph in imaginary internet points.

2) I tend to believe most of the likes are real, or at least as real as most other activities on Twitter. Trannies dominate a significant part of the site and by in large they have no lives and sit on the internet watching anime, porn, and social media. Since this guy just begs for likes it only takes a bunch of other trannies sharing the tweets to their tranny friends and pretty soon it blows up. There's no incentive to comment or put any more effort in than hitting the heart button for instant dopamine hits.
