I think it's a combination of honest retards and bots he's buying from some of those companies that sell likes. It's a hell of a tedious process but scrolling from some of those likes you can see it's full of people that barely tweet anything and just retweet or like. Would make sense now why he makes streams saying he needs money to pay his "mods", he's actually just maintaining his ratio vice. It's the only logical explanation, he's not really gaining that much followers. It would make sense that if he's getting an average of 10k to 20k likes he should have at least over 100k followers.
