Rate me MATI, but it takes a real fucking piece of shit to be the one to ventriloquize those who died by suicide to further their own agenda and divert mo' funds toward their grift. No one knows what ultimately drove those people to take their own lives. Whatever was covered in those threads was probably only the tip of the iceberg. To save the police some time: While I do not know the identity of the swatter, I can provide you with a list of names of those responsible for "providing the swatter with all of the information needed to mobilize the Emergency Response Team of the London Police Service in an attempt to harm" Keffals.
The persons listed made all of Keffals' personal information, along with the location of the hotel he was staying at, publicly available on the Internet. You should have no trouble contacting them because I am sure that you already have their contact info on hand.
