Shame on Keffals for using Near's suicide as a "This is null's fault!" talking point. This is just encouraging the suicide power fantasy that a lot of teenagers have. "If I kill myself that will show them!" is a common talking point for people in serious distress.
Stop giving into suicide power fantasies, it just encourages more of this behavior from others.

Yes, it's bunk because at this point any evidence law enforcement needs would have already been saved and backed up on their hard drives. Nobody really cares if some ween fucks with the email and password afterwards. It's gay as fuck to do that but LEO has no reason to waste their time prosecuting them.

Keffals is just gross obnoxious and most of the time very boring. If he didn't keep doing dumb shit that will obviously spark a response on the site I doubt most people would even come to the thread.

Byuu being dead is about as true as Keffals being a woman, but otherwise I agree. Glorifying suicide is gross. Romanticizing someone trying to use their own life as a bargaining chip.
