Genuine question: if the individual was young enough, couldn't they argue that they did not have the mental resources to actually consent at the time. Like, couldn't they argue that it is not reasonable for a 13-year old to understand the implications of taking the bathtub mush the grown adult told him it was safe to take?

Whilst Keffal's may have his twitter followers believe that he was the main cause, let's look at other stocks from companies centered mostly around the internet. Alphabet (Google) and Amazon.

Stock maybe down but operation and revenue income are up. Reason for the drop in stock prices is because shareholders think that the possibility of a recession will hurt ads which Google makes a ton of money off of. While it's cheap I'd suggest buying. Recessions don't last and people will want you to buy a ton of shit which will increase ad revenue which will make the stock price increase.
