Anyway doing a quick look it appears Keffals has followed 23 Online Poker providers/websites and pro players. This appears to have been done in the last 5-10 days Edit: 24 hours

There was 1 more account called "PokerStars Twitch" but I couldn't be bothered to take an extra screenshot of just 1 account.
Every single one of these accounts is either a Poker player or website.
