This is true. I meant analgesia but mistakenly wrote anesthesia. The point stands that in the USA and Canada, heroin is regarded as having no pharmacological value, and no role in medicine. I've already shown you that epidural administration of heroin after Caesarean section is common in the UK. Its use in the UK is not confined to palliative care and opioid dependence (incidentally, this is a nonsensical application).

Keffals is streaming it so it should in theory be archived by Hyrax unless something has gone horribly wrong. It starts about 6-7 hours into the stream though so it's yet another slog of a stream. Taking a look at it the Twitter space audio is a good 20 seconds off from the video though so it might be best to just archive the audio if someone were to upload it.
