Even his rehab thread didn't mention a specific drug, possibly because he didn't want to settle on one for his story. The funniest (and maybe saddest) thing about former opioid addicts arguing about this is that they don’t seem to realize that Keffals, with or without an addiction, is and always will be like this. You don’t need drugs to make you a monster if you were already one to begin with.

When you're looking at the group of people with serious personality disorders an enormous proportion of them have issues with drug use and dependency. Somewhere between 35% and 75% of people treated for drug dependency have Cluster B personality disorders (Antisocial Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder.) They tend to do very poorly in treatment.

Put bluntly, not all drug users are cunts, but almost all cunts are drug users.
