You already understand majority of the hangups and techniques that iv drug use rely on to use correctly and not kill you. Idk enough to know if it's heroin. But if you gave a pill junkie 100k. Eventually they gonna realize heroin is more economic. If that same pill junkie also gets some sort of weird sexual gratification from a needle already before even trying heroin, I'd imagine when they did try iv heroin, I'd be way more psychologically addictive than the average first time user.

I could see dude fucking around a becoming addicted to heroin soley on the pass pill use and sudden 100 fund. But when you add in possible iv hormonal drugs and chronic dick wound pain on top of it all. Heroin makes since from $$$ standpoint.

One thing people haven't question is how Lucas has gotten his drugs. He's either gotten a contact since his days doing tranny porn or someone else that's very close to him. I doubt he knows what a dead drop is or how how to get one (no, a lot of dark web sites don't do them. I know of one and I don't think Lucas would be caught dead on it unless he's there as a corpse being trafficked). When it comes to drugs he has to have a dealer that he's pretty tight with that's willing to meet up with the goods.
