One thing that really baffles me about this whole story relates to the impact of opioids on the gastro-intestinal tract. Opioids fuck with gut motility, rendering you hugely constipated with massive fecal impaction.

For most people, these hard stools mean that your gut doesn't produce the quantity of gas that leads to flatulence. In light of that, surely you'd struggle when it came to producing the kind of fart porn that Keffals is so famous for. Is this why his career in fart porn never took off?
