To be honest I've always hated that picture, I always presumed it was quite clearly photoshopped if you look at the stones in the background/fencing on the right hand side which seem to curve around and be warped, the stomach would also be able to easily be edited since the ground is all the same shade... but here's Keffals acting like it's legit and not edited so now I'm confused.

Keffals deleting all of their tweets from 2023 obviously made it hard to keep the story straight on when Keffals went to rehab.
That being said I'm sure a person who actually went to rehab (lol) wouldn't need a Tweet to know when they actually went. At the very least that's a 20 day disparity in the story (and Keffals leaving Tweet didn't say "I'm going into rehab today") so it's likely more, very suspect.

I'm more interested in 132 days being brought up, that's quite a specific number to be saying with confidence.... when 132 days would actually be Feb 1st, which is before Keffals even got in trouble for the "Retard Alert" clip.
It's outside what I'd consider the margin of error (accidentally losing count/counting days twice etc). If we're to believe Keffals went into rehab around the 24th-25th Feb it means the count is off by 23-24 days too many.
Very strange to be that far out.
