In my experience there's 2 kinds of parks, run down awful shitholes loaded to the brim with drugs and run down trailers and then the type with nice double wides that are about as nice as a regular house and a good trailer park supervisor/management. Then you've been living under a rock the past 6 years, manufactured home communities are EVERYWHERE and there are just as many degrees of normalcy for them than there are for traditional single family home communities.

20 year old 3 bed/2 bath manufactured homes in the tri-state area start at 100K now. As more and more investment companies gobble up the land to drop 200-400 unit apartment complexes they will become more desirable for normal people who don't want to share walls and want to be able to change their own oil in their driveway, want their own laundry-room, along with a patch of lawn for a kid's swingset and for their pooch to piss on.

Cobra's park is a mature, family orientated community that enforces parking and quiet hour rules, they simply won't tolerate his usual boglim-shines. Lots of olds and families according to the people who have gone to spy on Cobes and they commented that it's probably not a good fit for him.
