I was arguing for thread ban, since he was derailing this thread which is a more quality thread where people can learn about why Len Shaner is one of the dumberest people on the planet in peace and with ease. Full on ban was likely due to them being a sock-puppet though, similar to what Mrz does.

New docket entry, probably the last for the Magistrate Court docket.
I'm assuming the summons is cancelled because Shaner actually showed up. I don't know PA's dockets well enough to say for sure, though. It says case closed as of 8/10/2015, presumably because it is no longer with the lower court.
There doesn't seem to be a docket for the case in the Court of Common Pleas for Montgomery County yet, though.

There are currently four active people posting on the TDKF page (and, assuming Len is Len, Internet Bullies as well). These four people are:
Leonard himself.
James Kaufman, which is basically just one of Len's mouthpieces.
Blu Ballerson, a w.een.
@PropaneAccesories, masquerading as "Sara."
Len draws inspiration from two sources. From the Farms here, he gets the impression that we're all Puffertons. From his w.een moron friend, he gets the impression that we're ISIS. Leonard himself has basically stopped posting any real content unless provoked by outside sources.
Currently, there are three people contacting Len. One of them is @Kirby, who has informed us thatLen Soom Lee Weed is slandering the name of Len and demands monetary compensation. As Kirby was behind two other successful trolling attempts I'm letting him play this one out as well and seeing where it goes. Propane is the second person, who is still (kinda) in contact with Len as Sara. The third one is Blu, who is (from what we know) not part of the Farms, and is responsible for Len's recent tirades on us being ISIS.
Overall, the Facebook page is a complete mess and Len hasn't had an original thought in weeks. The best hope we can have for genuine Facebook Len updates is from his actual page himself, as the one thing Blu Ballerson can do to masquerade as Len is to post on the page that the Farms have given up with the locking of the main thread, since that's the kind of shit Len would do himself. The line between Len and w.een is too blurred now.

As far as the Pufferton stuff, Len made a facebook page for a "Pinkerton Pufferton" (or something like that) agency that was supposedly investigating the Kiwi Farms on Len's behalf. Basically trying to scare us away with an authoritative-sounding mouthpiece. I don't know how we became the Puffertons though.

The Sept. 30th date is just his arraignment, so I doubt anything noteworthy will happen then. Legal kiwis, correct me if I'm wrong.

I'd normally say nothing of note would happen beyond seeing if they plea or not... but with Len and Hy, I could actually see them getting arrested for contempt, especially after how Hy treated the judge last time.
It's not likely, but it's far from impossible.

It was actually me who came up with the Pinkington Pufferton name. After I flat out used the name 'Curr Bee' I was just looking for a clever way to describe Kirby that would be obvious to everyone else besides Len and at the time I was very close to starting a second doxxing saga under that name but Facebook killed off the account rather quickly.
Also the whole thing about Neo Null , the Puffertons and the Cranberry Farms was actually the result of me creating a fake "leak" that I made Shaner believe he organically found and hacked through his own efforts, which made it much more believable in Shaner's own head.

Also as I said before, the page is pretty much Shaner being left to his own thoughts now. Everything was going pretty well in my opinion at first with the callouts on Kengle and T.J. Church but then whatever weens started feeding him the ISIS and Illuminati crap essentially ruined the entire thing and I have found myself in the headache inducing position of having to constantly communicate with Shaner and tell him that terrorists aren't actually out there trying to kill him and that it is instead the work of the Kiwi Farms and the Cranberry Farms trying to scare him; which Shaner always seems to respond to by saying "IM NOT SCARED! THEY DONT SCARE ME IM 46 YEARS OLD IM NOT AFRAID OF ANYTHING!"
As for updates on the Soom Lee Weed Saga, I am officially ending it. Shaner was apparently extremely pissed off (more than he should have been) about the situation and when he found out that women were having sex with the fake Shaner thinking it was him, he basically snapped and it was at this point that I decided to end it and fill Len in on the fact that it was just the work of trolls since I didn't want Len to go postal or die from a stroke or hemorrhage. He calmed down significantly at that point and apparently is going to take his mother out for dinner tonight. So at this point, I'd let Shaner take his first lolcow reprieve so that he can take time to regroup and provide new milk.
