I was wondering if I had seen her before (and I probably have once), but I was thinking of Sumire Uedaka whose music video of "Bon♡Kyu♡Bon wa Kare no Mono♡" shows boys looking at a gravure magazine she was modeling in and then it becomes uncomfortably seductive.

I don't know how much control the idol/singer herself has over music videos, it could've been the director's idea for all I know. Still is icky.
