Now I don't know anything about making cosplay and if thats an actual thing (if it is, then why the fuck don't you use a mannequin instead, kevin? I don't do a whole lot of foam shit, but essentially the ONLY time foam should be on your body (well, after the research i've done) its when you heat it, and you press it on your body to get the shape of it before you take it off, and then you start carving. Foam isn't that thick, and box cutters/exacto blades are VERY unforgiving. To me, if Kevin's claims "are true" (they're not obviously) this bitch would REALLY have to fucking DIG. Granted the foam he uses for his bakugo cosplay's for example, are thick, but you'd kind of need to make an effort.
Still retarded as fuck to carve with it ON your body you don't do that reta-rd.

Edit: Also in the photo's i've seen of Kevin doin his cosplay shit, I never see him use a cutting mat? These are also used for fabric and other crafts, but the lunacy of that man to just do it on the FLOOR. Like dude no wonder your fucking yourself up, your not even using the proper supplies like jesus. Plus these usually have measure guides all over em so you can measure n stuff.

Here's an interesting analysis of Kevin's "cosplay knife accident injury" from a medfag anon over on lolcow.farm.

"I didn't wanna bother saying this, but medfag here. You can the scar was a self harm scar. There's specific markers we have to look at to see if something is self harm / accident / caused by someone else when doing reports. One is the way the cut is tapered to the right side. If it was truly an accident in the way he [Kevin] described, it would have a puncture wound first (a deep cut) with 1 very thing taper.

However, the way he described it makes no sense as even the way the lines are clean indicate he cut himself with a box cutter (or an extremely sharp knife… But I'm leaning towards box cutter from how clean the tapered lines are). And there are 2 tapered lines, not 1 (if you go off by what he says).

He also very clearly pulled the cut open to expose it more. You can see it from not only the fact it's more exposed by also the blood marks indicate he stretched the skin with his fingers. Why would someone who had an accident purposely pull his skin apart to further damage it if it wasn't to create an illusion of further damage to a viewer?

Essentially, he 100% cut himself with the intent that someone will see the scar. I highly doubt this was an accident as he's described. If it was an accident, it wasn't the way he described what so ever."

ETA: About the wound, it should also be noted that self harm cuts tend to have clean lines that show premeditated intent, an accidental cut is going to have less of a straight, clean edge and look closer to slanted, jagged edges as the victim's grip shakes upon the sensation of pain. (Not to forget you wouldn't snap a picture first thing when you accidentally cut yourself in the circumstances Kevin did)
