I can't talk to the vercaity of their justification, but most of the catfishes justify it by saying that either they had a similar experience to Kayla, or that they just don't think a scumbag like Lorne ever deserves to be happy in any way. Personally I'm kinda neutral on it all. I think you have to be a certain type of attention whore to want to catfish someone like Lorne (and blu3boy, the most recent catfish seems to be a major, major attention whore), but, at the same time, Lorne is a very interesting person, and there's no other way to get information on Lorne without contacting him directly, although I don't listen to the sex chat, so would happily forgo those calls. I don't have any interest in Stanley Kendall, so can't really speak to him, or his catfishes, although I believe it was Ember et al.
