To be fair, there are many uberfatties that actually suffer with malnourishment. This is because their diets of ubercalorific ultraprocessed shitbombs are macronutrient deficient, plus the absorption of what few nutrients they onboard by their active fat load leaves the rest of their organs and muscles suffering. If you sustain your mass entirely off of Hostess Ho-Hos, you aren't going to exactly have a well rounded nutrient profile.
