The kids in FOSTER CARE is so unacceptable. Where's the rest of the family? Why does nobody except for people on Kiwifarms care about these children? This is almost fedpost worthy. I didn't think I could hate them any more than I did.

The fact that DCFS is trying to work with them and they're refusing is insane.

Cocaine is often used as an aphrodisiac, gays are often into it for the those specific effects. It may make someone more pliant or unable to feel pain. Jesus forgive me for even implying something that evil.

They did not need a cheap burner phone, a totaly untraceable used chromebook from ebay is $20 and could easily do this.

This thread is moving fast for obvious reasons, and I'm not helping.

I'm not convinced this is true. It just seems entirely too convenient, especially on the same night he's going to stream.

However: I hope I'm wrong and this is true. Allow me to explain.

If this isn't true, that's good. It means none of his kids were exposed to cocaine. I'm not going to explain why that's a good thing, I'll let you all speculate.

If it is true: that's terrible, but also good, in a way. Because if it's true, then that means one of Nick's kids, a fucking 9 year old, got exposed to cocaine, at a level of ten times what could possibly be a false positive. That's obviously fucking atrocious.

But it's also good in that it means that Nick is going to get fucked by the law, hard, and it'll be deserved. Doesn't matter how good your lawyer is at that point. Even if Nick somehow gets away from most of these charges, his relationship with his kids is going to get very complicated.

I'm not a lawyer. Basically everything I know I about the law, I've learned from reading lolsuit threads here, and other shit I've learned from other places and, rarely, real world experience. One thing I know is that when your kid gets exposed to drugs, whether by accident or (God how horrifying) on purpose, you get fucked out of seeing your kids. At best, I see Nick getting supervised visitation with his kids. That is, if they even want to see him.

At worst, he just doesn't get to see them at all. Either way, I'm very excited to see where this train goes. Fuck rails, we're going off-road with this train baby! (Again, assuming any of this is true)

Edit: Null is saying he thinks this is 100 percent true, and Null actually has a lawyer to talk to. Nick is going to get fucking crucified dude. Holy shit.
