There's another huge problem with Soggy Cereal's video. The following is an excerpt of his interview with Kara, a hiring manager at MrBeast.

It confirms there were accusations against Locoya Hill.

Kara admits Locoya was reported by his assistant, and a third party was hired to investigate the incident. Kara states: "Locoya was moved completely out, we moved him to a new company idea we had, he was the only person in that company." Then, she confirms he was hired back after the victim no longer worked at MrBeast. While vague on details, this seems to confirm Dogpack's timeline regarding CreatorGlobal.

Her only real dispute is that "it wasn't a secret" and that the company didn't hide what was happening. Trey Yates, a former editor at MrBeast, said otherwise. This is an interview with TheAsherShow from September 2024, timestamp 23:23.

"When the sexual assault accusations started in 2021, it was announced in the company that Locoya was taking a family leave ... someone messaged me, I don't remember if it was Ava or Karl, but someone messaged me that Locoya's not been on family leave for a month he got caught sexually assaulting his assistant."

It hasn't even been 2 days and this big video MrBeast is hyping up didn't even get half a million views

So, let's put this all in comparison:

• YouTuber who doesn't do long form content make a hit piece on DogPack404
• Does not add any concrete evidence in either the RSO or Jake Weddle accusation (which are the most damning)
• Get compensating for a flight talking about DP404 (instead of just using zoom/discord/etc etc) to get Mr Beast side
• Mr Beast makes a comment indicating how "unbias" this was
• The usual suspects (Keem, Nicholas, etc etc) advertise the video
• Mr Beast even decides to text others about the video to get their side

I don't know, it sounds like an easy slam dunk to dismiss all of this video as someone sweeping for Mr Beast. Like, DP404 is a fucking idiot, no doubt, but if you were going to make a hitpiece on him. You should've made yourself more unbias and try not to dismiss all of his claim without good evidence.

Not sure if it's been said but I was watching chud logic recently and he was interviewing soggy and managed to squeeze out information about the USA trip that's in his video.

He mentions that he didn't pay for the ticket and it was actually one of the (ex) beast employees that paid for it & the hotel.

He did say it wasn't attached to Jimmy but I can't imagine it being that hard to organise without being attached directly to it.

And it cannot be stressed enough when talking about their respective credibilities that Jimmy released a statement saying the investigation clears them, when he had on staff a sexual predator from Delaware whom he referred to by pseudonym as Delaware. He hid his name to have another layer between him and an online search that will reveal his crimes.
