Wtf is a “certified anxiety dog”?!I've met veterans and autismos with trained, certified anxiety therapy dogs who behaved perfectly (the humans and the dogs). IMO that's fine. The dog just sits quietly by the human's side unless it's needed. It's not strapped to the human's chest like a cluster B phylactery, yipping and biting everyone.
These were also people with recorded histories of real medical conditions who were trying to interact with the world in meaningful ways. I don't think that Ask A Manager munchie really intended to get the job, or she would've, you know, prepared for the interview. She just wanted an excuse to throw her hands up and say "I've tried to get a job, but it didn't work!"
Like you feel anxious, you pet it. Isn’t that just a regular dog?
My cat loves to snuggle. Sometimes when I have the sads. Does that make her a certified cat therapist?
This is why shutting down the pill mills was a bad idea. It made the problem so much worse. Instead of letting people go to their mill and getting their 60 OC 30s a month, you now now have a bunch of people stealing shit to buy fent.
Friendly reminder that every time the government tries to do something to stop the opiate epidemic, it only makes it CERTIFIABLY WORSE.This is why shutting down the pill mills was a bad idea. It made the problem so much worse. Instead of letting people go to their mill and getting their 60 OC 30s a month, you now now have a bunch of people stealing shit to buy fent.
Case in point: When Purdue Pharma made their new “abuse proof” OxyContin pill in the 2010’s.
Soon insurance companies would only pay for the abuse proof kind, Medicaid and state insurances likewise.
And since it also meant that Purdue could renew their patent on OxyContin, the price for a monthly prescription soon skyrocketed to 5 or 6 hundred dollars.
As a result, and since these were the only thing you could get, many addicts switched from OC to heroin since it was much cheaper. And plenty of seniors could only afford their prescription by selling some on the side.
Fucking wild that she just gets put down like a rabid dog.So chronic fatigue chicks are starting to off themselves openly.
Note in the article that her own doctor said that he “wouldn’t be able to sign the application because of her psychological co morbidities.”
In other words, they knew she was crazy, but still rubber stamped the death sentence.
Wild!
